Yoga for Preganancy
Labor is one of the most physical things you will ever do. You would not run a marathon without preparation; Why would you go into labor without preparing for it?
In this dynamic and inspiring Prenatal Yoga class, you will:
• Learn invigorating sequences, to safely build strength and stamina and the postures that are appropriate for supporting and nurturing the pregnant body
• Facilitate deep breathing to reduce stress, increase energy and balance the nervous system
• Increase flexibility and promote relaxation, to move through pregnancy with comfort and help prepare for labor
